Joe's Harmonica Lesson Policies

• Payments can be made by Bank transfer, Zelle, or Venmo.
• Online lessons are done via Jitsi Meet, Facetime, Google Meet, or Whatsapp.
• Lesson times are set in advance so please try to be punctual. Arriving more than 10 minutes late or missing a scheduled lesson time may result in the default of your pre-paid amount for that class. In most cases late arrival will result in a shorter lesson since the ending time will remain the same.
• A minimum 2-hour notice of cancellation is required, failure to do so may result in forfeit of pre-paid amount for that class. It is the student's responsibility to reschedule the lesson within 180 days or pre-paid amount will be defaulted.
• All payments are final and no refunds will be issued once payment has been made. Prepaid lesson balance will be forfeited after 180 days of inactivity.
